I focus on this work because blood sugar balance and metabolic health sit at the heart of long-term wellbeing, yet so many women are left believing cravings are a lack of discipline rather than a signal their body needs support. I’ve seen how powerfully cravings affect mood, confidence, and energy, and how quickly things can shift with the right kind of help.
