CREATE A LIFE THAT HELPS YOU THRIVE

I believe true health isn’t about willpower or perfection. It’s shaped by the patterns of everyday life

— and when those patterns are adjusted to work with your body and mind, health begins to feel calmer, more natural, and something you can actually sustain.

A little about me...

For over two decades, I worked in telecoms and tech regulation, shaping industry rules to protect consumers and encourage better outcomes for society. That work gave me a deep understanding of how systems shape behaviour, and how incentives and environments quietly influence outcomes.

As my interest in health and prevention grew, I became increasingly aware of the growing evidence that many chronic conditions are strongly influenced by everyday lifestyle factors. Yet our systems rarely make healthy change easy or sustainable.

That question “How do we make healthier choices feel more natural in real life?” led me into health coaching and wider food and health policy conversations, including contributing perspectives that were cited in the UK’s House of Lords report “Recipe for Health: a plan to fix our broken food system.

Alongside this professional journey, I’m drawn to approaches that focus on balance and working with the body. These ideas have long been present in traditional wisdom and are now echoed in modern science, particularly in areas such as nervous system regulation and gut health.

I’ve also navigated different seasons of life myself, including raising daughters who are now young adults. This has deepened my interest in resilience, wellbeing, and how we support ourselves (and the next generation) to thrive in the real world.

Today, I bring this integrated perspective to my health coaching work. I help women design ways of living that support steadier energy, confidence, and long-term wellbeing, often starting with calming cravings and stabilising energy. Rather than focusing on rigid plans or willpower, we look at how the patterns of everyday life fit together. My work is grounded in six interconnected foundations: thinking, eating, sleeping, moving, breathing, and connecting. When these everyday patterns begin

to support one another, change becomes more sustainable, less effortful, and often surprisingly enjoyable.

Alongside my one-to-one work, I’m developing The Vitality Lab – Good Food, Good Vibes, a community initiative bringing nutrition science, cooking skills, and health coaching into schools to support teenagers and families in building healthy habits that last.

A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD PROBABLY KNOW ABOUT ME...

I’m a total gadget girl. From kitchen tools to wellbeing tech, if it promises to make life healthier or easier, I’ve probably tried it.

I recharge with long walks and good conversations. Laughing together and feeling energised again, with friends by my side.

I know I’m truly relaxed when I’m cooking to music, experimenting with new recipes, and feeding friends and family as willing guinea pigs.

MY MISSION IS SIMPLE:

To help women create change that feels meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with what truly matters to them.

At the heart of my approach are clarity, empowerment, and self-trust. I help women slow things down enough to understand what’s really driving their health patterns. This isn’t about handing out rigid rules or quick fixes. It’s about making sense of personal signals, habits, and inner drivers so change feels informed rather than forced.

My work is compassionate, evidence-based, and grounded in real life. I believe change sticks best when it feels supportive rather than punishing, and when insight is given time to land and integrate.

I also believe there is real courage — and often quiet magic — in taking small, intentional steps. It’s these steps that build momentum and allow us to grow into the life we want to live.
