A little about me...

Most of the women I work with already know what to do. They’ve read the articles, tried the plans, and made promises to themselves. Yet somehow it never quite sticks.​

My work begins in that gap between knowing and doing. Because change isn’t just about knowledge or motivation. It is shaped by mindset, habits, and the stresses of everyday life.

I help you understand what is really driving your patterns so change feels clearer, more manageable, and sustainable.​

 

Together, we build momentum in a way that fits your life, not fights it. So the changes you make actually last. 

 

My approach is grounded in science and real life. I look beyond individual symptoms to understand how factors such as food, sleep, stress, movement and hormones interact to shape health and well-being.

 

​Alongside my one-to-one coaching, I also contribute to wider conversations on food and health, including perspectives cited in a House of Lords report on the UK food system. I also lead initiatives such as The Vitality Lab, helping young people build foundations for lifelong health.

At its core, working with me helps you feel more energised, confident, and in control of your choices.

I’m a total gadget girl. From kitchen tools to wellbeing tech, if it promises to make life healthier or easier, I’ve probably tried it.

Long walks, good conversations and laughing with friends are usually how I reset.

I know I’m truly relaxed when I’m cooking to music, experimenting with new recipes, and feeding friends and family as willing guinea pigs.

I believe health works best when it fits around real life. Through greater self-awareness, practical tools and compassionate support, I help women build habits that last. 

I also believe there is real courage - and often quiet magic - in taking small intentional steps. They help us build self-trust, learn what fits our lives, and create a way of living that feels natural and sustainable.
