CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

“Working with Priya has been a complete game-changer for me.”

Client: KL

Life stage: Busy professional woman juggling work, social life and wellbeing.

Focus: Reducing sugar cravings, stabilising energy, and creating a sustainable, flexible approach to food and health.

Before working with Priya, I’d spent years trying quick fixes to feel healthier and lose a bit of weight — but nothing ever really stuck. As a busy marketing manager with a full social life, I didn’t want anything rigid or restrictive, and I didn’t want to feel guilty if I wasn’t being ‘perfect’.

What felt different straight away was that Priya helped me step back and look at the bigger picture — not just food, but how I was spending my time, managing stress, and fuelling myself through the day. Instead of calorie counting, I learned how to understand what my body actually needs, how to balance my blood sugar, and how food affects my energy, mood and focus.

Within just a couple of sessions, I was creating routines I’d been putting off for years — cooking more from scratch, exercising for stress relief, winding down properly in the evenings, and planning my days in a way that felt supportive rather than restrictive.

The biggest shift has been in how I feel — not just physically, but mentally. I have steady energy throughout the day, calmer moods, deeper sleep, and the constant food noise and cravings have gone. It genuinely feels like I’ve got half my brain back. The brain fog has lifted, my thoughts feel quieter and less scattered, and I can cope with busy, stressful days much more easily.

I no longer feel like I’m in survival mode after work. I actually have energy for evenings, friends, and life. I’ve also lost nearly a stone along the way, without focusing on weight or restricting myself.

What’s been most powerful is that this doesn’t feel like a plan I’ll ever "fall off". It feels flexible, realistic and completely sustainable because it was tailored to me. Priya’s coaching was gentle, empowering and non-judgemental. I never felt told what to do - I felt supported to make choices that were right for me, at a pace that worked for my life.

I feel happier, healthier, and inspired to manage my own health better long-term. We are never too old to learn something new and make a change! Thanks to Priya, I’m excited to keep working towards a strong, healthy future as I move into my forties.

My initial reason for seeking health coaching was to overhaul my diet, which at the time consisted of high sugar and heavily processed foods. I wanted to improve my nutrition so I could support my fitness and strength goals long term.

Over the course of our work together, I made changes that felt genuinely different from anything I had done before. I became much more aware of the foods I was buying and eating, started reading labels properly, increased my protein intake, and began regularly including more vegetables, nuts and seeds in my meals.

I now cook for myself much more often, with most of my weekly meals now prepared at home. I’ve also started experimenting with new foods and rediscovered enjoyment in shopping, cooking and eating.

One of the biggest shifts has been my mindset around nutrition. I’ve gone from feeling stuck in old habits and closed off around food to feeling curious, confident and genuinely excited about trying new things.

What really changed for me was taking consistent action. As I started to follow through on small changes, my confidence grew. Those actions built confidence, and that confidence fundamentally changed how I think about food and my ability to create lasting habits.

Priya's coaching style made a huge difference. I learn best with guidance rather than pressure, and the combination of structure, accountability and achievable goals helped keep me moving forward without ever feeling pushed or overwhelmed. Her considered approach empowered me and gave me the confidence to let go of old eating habits.

As a result, I have more energy, feel fuller for longer, snack less, and feel much more confident in my food choices. It has also boosted my self-esteem and made me feel genuinely positive about continuing to build on these habits as I focus on my long term health.

I would strongly recommend Priya to others after the positive transformation I have experienced.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

“Priya’s coaching helped me to transform my diet and how I think about food.

Client: SP

Life stage: Professional man focused on fitness, strength and long-term health.

Focus: Reducing sugar and processed foods, building consistency, and developing a confident mindset around nutrition.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

“The mindset changes have been transformative — it’s changed everything I do.”

Client: YP

Life stage: Woman navigating midlife changes alongside work and family life.

Focus: Managing sugar cravings and energy, reframing self-care, and building confidence around food, rest and movement.

I came to health coaching because I was struggling to lose weight and felt completely stuck. Since entering perimenopause, my energy had dropped, my cravings were intense, and I had developed habits around comfort eating. Exercise felt unrealistic and I had gradually accepted that this was simply how things were going to be.

Working with Priya helped me realise that this wasn’t about willpower — for me, it was about learning how to look after myself properly. I learned what a balanced plate really looks like, how to reduce sugar cravings without feeling deprived, and how to fuel myself in a way that left me feeling satisfied and energised.

I batch cook regularly so I always have nourishing food available when I’m busy, and I feel much more aware and intentional about what I eat. Alcohol is also no longer a part of my regular routine.

The biggest shift has been my mindset around self-care. I used to feel guilty or lazy if I rested during the day but changing how I think about self-care has completely changed everything I do, including how I eat, rest and exercise.

I no longer judge myself for what I need. I've realised that rest helps me function better and that looking after myself properly allows me to show up more fully in the rest of my life.

I’ve been genuinely surprised by how quickly my energy, mood and blood sugar have improved. My sugar cravings are reduced — they now tend to show up mainly when I’m stressed, rather than feeling constant. I feel more cheerful, calmer and mentally clearer, which has had a big impact in both my work and family life.

The ripple effects have been unexpected. My family relationships have improved, my son has become interested in healthy food and my relationship with movement has completely changed. I now enjoy walking, short workouts, and I’m genuinely excited to try things like Tai chi and ballroom dancing. Exercise finally feels sustainable and enjoyable, and something I can continue for the rest of my life.

As I started to feel stronger and more in control of my health, I also felt confident enough — with appropriate support — to begin coming off anti-depressants I’d been taking for several years.

What I could not have done without was the coaching support itself. Priya created a safe and supportive space where I could be honest about setbacks without giving up. I realised that small steps really do make a huge difference especially when combined with a shift in mindset.

I now feel proud of myself, hopeful, and excited about what’s possible going forward.

I was initially intrigued by what health coaching was all about and how it could help me. I’m so glad I decided to try it. From the start, Priya had a real skill in understanding what I wanted my physical and mental wellbeing to look like, and what was getting in the way.

Through thoughtful discussions, visual tools and regular check-ins, I became much clearer on what really mattered to me and how to set goals that felt achievable and meaningful.

One of the biggest benefits for me was learning how interconnected everything is. I learned about blood sugar balancing, sleep and movement and  experienced first-hand the difference these kinds of changes can make in everyday life.

One of the biggest changes has been in my movement and confidence. By improving my sleep and nutrition, I’m now able to move more with less pain, adapt exercise to suit my body, and feel confident saying yes to new experiences again.

I’ve climbed steep hills, tried new activities, and even said yes to things I would previously have avoided.

What really stood out was the support I received when things didn’t go exactly to plan and I wasn't able to follow through on everything I'd intended. In the past that might have been the point where I gave up. This time, I didn't. Instead of focusing on what I hadn’t done.  we focused on what I had managed, and we celebrated those wins. And I made a conscious decision that I was going to adapt instead of giving up.

Through this process, I’ve built confidence in listening to myself and trusting what feels right for me. I’ve learned that adapting is part of real lifestyle change, and that taking baby steps is what makes it sustainable.

The ripple effects have been really encouraging. My family have started to notice the changes in me, and they’re also trying more new foods. I’m saying yes to more things, feeling more capable in my body, and more confident in myself overall.

Coaching made all of this possible. It felt very different from reading a book or following generic advice — this was about having support to turn insight into action in a way that felt safe, personalised and realistic.

Health coaching has helped me see that this is an ongoing process that can evolve as my needs change. Looking after my health helps me feel younger, more capable, and more open to life — and that’s something I’m excited to continue building on.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

“Health coaching helped me turn insight into action — and keep going when things weren’t perfect.

Client: HP

Life stage: Woman in her forties balancing physical health, movement concerns and everyday life demands.

Focus: Building consistency through adaptation, improving movement with less pain, and developing confidence to keep going when things aren’t perfect.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

“I now have a system that genuinely works for me and I feel so much better for it.”

Client: NZ

Life stage: High-functioning professional seeking better balance and resilience.

Focus: Improving sleep, reducing unhelpful habits around evening routines, and supporting calmer mental wellbeing through practical systems.

I came to health coaching because my sleep wasn’t where I wanted it to be, and I knew that when my sleep suffers, everything else becomes harder — my mood, motivation and ability to handle stress.

I didn’t need more information. I needed to find a way that actually worked for me in real life.

Coaching helped me do that. Accountability was the most important – it wasn’t just about being asked whether I’d done something — it was the care, flexibility and thought Priya brought to helping me see things from new perspectives so I didn’t give up. And when stressful situations got in the way, we adapted the approach so I could continue making progress rather than abandoning it altogether.

One of the biggest challenges for me was the evening scrolling. It was by far the hardest habit to shift but once we worked out what to replace the it with it became much easier to manage. Scrolling no longer gives me the same satisfaction.

Building an evening routine has been crucial for me. Breaking it down into small, manageable steps helped, and becoming more aware of the risks that might get in the way of my routine meant I could either plan around them or accept them and minimise their impact. That awareness has helped me stay consistent without feeling rigid.

As a result, I’m getting to bed earlier much more often and sleeping better which makes everything easier – I feel calmer and more positive and much more resilient in how I handle stress day to day.

Most importantly, I now have a system that genuinely works for me - with tools and routines I can return to when life gets busy. I feel confident that I can protect my sleep and my wellbeing going forward, because I understand what works for me and why

Priya brought a huge amoun tof kindness, empathy and encouragement to the process while still helping me stay focused and accountable. I felt genuinely supported throughout, and over time I learned to trust both the process and myself more.

I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Priya — the dedicated space to reflect, adapt and keep moving forward made a huge difference to my mental and physical well-being.
